Bridgnorth, Woodbridge, Harper Adams University

The quaint village crossing the River Severn, Bridgenorth, the place Hitler once wished to occupy and use as his personal headquarters.

It is also the place of the steepest and shortest funicular railway making easy connection of the Low and High Town.

Views over the River Severn, red tiled roof tops and neighbouring forest are enjoyed no matter the weather. The ruins of a castle now leaning amongst the newly laid English Gardens and beautiful churches of various brick and stone colourings delight the senses. Bridgnorth offering much history, in a small town square in High Town, many tea houses and plentiful quality brocante fairs.

Further along the River Severn is the beautiful Woodbridge and Woodbridge Inn. A must stop for a winter wood fire and dining.

Harper Adams University, a former Manor House, now an agricultural university.  Set in the quiet and peaceful Edgmond, nr Newport and much live stock to entertain.
